Just Like the words to a song which was
popular in my younger days, “How could I know I’d lose you somewhere along the
way”.

That is what has happened to our country and
our way of life, we have lost it somewhere along the way, but we have lost it
to apathy, and inattention to what is being fed to us by crooks, ganefs, and
con-men AKA lawyers, Judges, and politicians

I can tell you the cause of the situation we
find ourselves in;

CAREER POLITICIANS!!!

Samuel Adams once said:

“The liberties
of our country, and the freedom of our civil Constitution, are worth defending
at all hazards; and it is our duty to defend them against all attacks, and
further, It will bring an everlasting mark of infamy on the present generation,
enlightened as it is, if we should suffer them to be wrested from us by
violence without a struggle, or be cheated out of them by the
artifices of false and designing men.”

That is as true today as it was then.

If the inhabitants of Washington D.C. actually
knew what they were doing, we wouldn’t be in this situation but as is sadly the
case, they are a pack of incompetent clowns an boobs who couldn’t find their
way to the outhouse with a bloodhound, and what is even sadder, is they have a
large part of the population convinced that they truly do know what they are
doing, when most of them are not even capable of balancing their own check
book.

If you or I wrote a check with no money in the
bank we would be charged with UIBC (Unlawful issuance of a bank check) which is
a felony, and we would go to the joint.

However, if a politician does it, it is called
deficit spending and he gets away with it, and he doesn’t give a damn because
it isn’t his money. IT IS OURS!!!

I have a very good friend Mike Kennedy, who is
lucky enough to live in TEXAS, who sent me a piece from the Federalist Papers,
#57 to be exact, written by James Madison;

I have thought about all this quite a lot.
Would you like to hear ONE piece of instruction from the Founders that would go
a long way in righting all this—and I mean a near silver bullet to the heart of
the beast?

Well, imagine a whole legislative class, and
president focused on this ONE issue:

“The house of representatives … can
make no law which will not have its full operation on themselves and their
friends, as well as the great mass of society. This has always been deemed one
of the strongest bonds by which human policy can connect the rulers and the
people together. It creates between them that communion of interest, and
sympathy of sentiments, of which few governments have furnished examples; but
without which every government degenerates into tyranny.” –James
Madison, Federalist No. 57, 1788

Nothing is exempt. Every past or new policy,
law, and regulation is to be reviewed. If they deem NOT to make it applicable
to the government itself—i.e. THEMSELVES, then it is repealed for all of us.

It doesn’t get any more straightforward than
that, except maybe sitting on a horse with a rope around your neck, because you
got caught with your hand in the public till.

There are more than 2,900 species of snakes
spread all over the world, out of them, about 600 species are known to be
venomous (and we can find 546 of them in Washington D.C.), and to my knowledge,
there is only one that gives a plainly audible sound before striking, and that
is a rattle snake, all the others will bite you before you are fully aware of
it and by that time it is usually too late.

Does it sound like I am referring to
politicians?

You damn right I am!!

As I have said on several occasions, there are
no saints on either side of the aisle, so you must be extremely cautious of ALL
politicians because the way they parse words, Yes can mean no, and No can mean yes
in the land of PoliticalSpeak.

Thomas Jefferson laid it out very clearly:

1“The will of the people is the only
legitimate foundation of any government, and to protect its free expression
should be our first object.”

2“Every citizen should be a soldier. This was the case
with the Greeks and Romans, and must be that of every Free State.”

3“Enlighten the people, generally, and tyranny and
oppressions of body and mind will vanish like spirits at the dawn of day.”

4“No government ought to be without censors
& where the press is free, no one ever will.”

We need to get rid of all of these snakes and
start over with a fresh deck and make term limits part of the package.

Two terms, both in the senate, or both in the
house, or one in each, but not two terms in each body, the whole idea is to do
away with career politicians which is what got us to where we are, and BTW no
cushy pension, you pay into the social security system like everyone else, and
you can’t vote your own pay raise either, and when your two terms are over, you
carry your butt back home and work at whatever you were doing for a living
before you came to D.C.

The founders were some very bright men and HONORABLE.

incarcerated and not allowed to run again, as he is guilty of Felony Treason.

A friend of mine (a retired Navy
Officer), sent me some very disturbing material concerning both Obamacare, as
well as the lowdown on what D.C. is planning to do to those of us who are
military retirees, but are also required to carry medicare part A and B.

A retired Constitutional attorney who
has read the complete Obama health care bill from front to back sent him his
analysis of the bill and he says it is fraudulent and unconstitutional from
start to finish.

About the Health Care Bills – Michael Connelly, Ret. Constitutional Attorney

Well, I have
done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The
Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular
emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned
that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be
unconstitutional. What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.

To begin
with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact
true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The law does provide
for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other
classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free
abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of
the medical profession.

The Bill
will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business, and put
everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care
will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats, and most of them will not be
health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and
allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled by the
government.

However, as
scary as all of that is, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have
concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable
health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive
transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred,
or even been contemplated If this law or a similar one is adopted, major
portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been
destroyed.

The first
thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the
Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The
Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number
of different areas over the lives of the American people, and the businesses
they own.

The irony is
that the Congress doesn’t have any authority to legislate in most of those
areas to begin with! I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution
and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health
care.

This
legislation also provides for access, by the appointees of the Obama
administration, of all of your personal healthcare direct violation of the specific
provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution information, your personal
financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and
hospital. All of this is a protecting against unreasonable searches and
seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been
legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may
provide…

If you
decide not to have healthcare insurance, or if you have private insurance that
is not deemed acceptable to the Health Choices Administrator appointed by
Obama, there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a tax instead of a fine
because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th
Amendment. However, that doesn’t work because since there is nothing in the law
that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is
definitely depriving someone of property without the due process of law.

So, there
are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much, out of the
original ten in the Bill of Rights, that are effectively nullified by this law
It doesn’t stop there though.

The 9th
Amendment that provides: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain
rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the
people;

The 10th
Amendment states: The powers not delegated to theUnited States by the
Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States
respectively, or to the people. Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional
handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or
powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control.

I could
write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you get the idea.
This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights…
Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress
to “be bound by oath or affirmation to support the Constitution.” If
I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or
anything like it, without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or
affirmation. If I voted for it anyway, I would hope the American people would
hold me accountable.

For those
who might doubt the nature of this threat, I suggest they consult the source,
the US Constitution, and Bill of Rights. There you can see exactly what we are
about to have taken from us.

concentration camps, and when interviewed by Steve Kroft on TV, he said he had
no regrets and referred to that period as the most exciting time of his life.

There is a word in Yiddish to describe this
miserable bum:

What will, in all likelihood happen, is the
first little disturbance will be the Reichstag moment that Obama and his goons
are looking for as an excuse to declare Martial Law, and to suspend all civil
rights, the constitution, and to call off the elections indefinitely.

At some later date he will, like the good
little narcissist that he is, try to declare himself “President for Life”.

The NDAA bill has already been signed (agreed
to by both parties), which gives the military the power to act as law
enforcement inside our own country and to arrest and detain indefinitely
without charge, American Citizens they deem (there is that coverall word
deem that Congress likes so much) a threat or a terrorist, right on our own
streets, which is a direct violation of the Posse Comitatus Act, not to mention
violations of the 1^st, 4^th, 5^th, 10^th,
and 14^th Amendments.

That little word LIBERTY means we can move
about freely, unrestrained by some idiot wearing BDU,s who will probably answer
“I am just following orders”, let me give you people a little history lesson,
those jackasses at Nuremberg tried that excuse too and they got hung just the
same.

There was just something wrong with the
reasoning that My orders were to gas and then cremate 6 million people, my
Commanding officer said do it so I did it, a soldier is not supposed to disobey
orders. WANNA BET???

If there is any doubt left in any sane persons
mind, that we are being dismantled as a nation by a bunch of thugs, goons,

The
government’s promise of lifetime health care for the military’s men and women
is suddenly a little less sacrosanct as Congress looks to slash
trillion-dollar-plus deficits.

Republicans
and Democrats alike are signaling a willingness _ unheard of at the height of
two post-Sept. 11 wars in Iraq and Afghanistan _ to make military retirees pay
more for coverage.

Both
parties’ leaders on the Senate Armed Services Committee _ Carl Levin, D-Mich.,
and John McCain, R-Ariz. _ recommended that the special deficit-cutting super
committee look at raising enrollment fees and imposing restrictions on the military’s
health care program, known as TRICARE, McCain and Levin also favored creating a
commission to look at military retirement benefits and make recommendations for
changes.

You
snakes in Washington (especially you McCain) need to consider taking a few cuts
in your own pay and benefits before you start screwing around with the folks in
uniform. Levin I can understand, this bum has always been a screaming liberal,
anti-military wing nut, but McCain should know better.

Take the
$350 – $450 Billion dollars you spend on benefits to illegal border jumping
aliens and apply those funds to the military benefits you want to cut.

This sad
situation is what the voters get when they swallow a load of crap from a cheap
sidewalk commando who couldn’t find his butt with both hands and a map, and
allow him to illegally assume the highest office in the land without so much as
one single objection from any elected, sworn official.

The
following are a few excerpts from his two books which will give you an idea of
how his supposedly brilliant mind works.

I bought
and read Obama’s book, Audacity of Hope. I went to the library and got the
other book “Dreams from My Father”. It was difficult to read considering his
attitude toward us and everything American. Let me add a phrase he used to
describe his attitude toward whites. He harbors a “COIL OF RAGE”. His words not
mine.

THIS IS
the PUTATIVE PRESIDENT — HE’S RUNNING AGAIN, YOU KNOW, if the same bunch of
snakes in Washington and the Attorneys General of the 50 states allow him to
illegally be placed on the ballot again. He was not vetted at all the first
time and should never have been allowed on the ballot in the first place.

Before I
let it slip by, this latest ploy of pulling all our troops out of Iraq by years
end and trying to take credit for bringing down Gahdafi, is just another bid
for more votes, try not to swallow this load of crap.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed along with four other raghead terrorists who were arraigned
last Saturday, proceeded to put on a spectacle reminiscent of  an old time screwball comedy movie.

For some
thirteen hours, they laughed and joked with each other,  ignored the judge, took prayer breaks, refused
to listen through the headphones to the Arabic translation provided for them,
and in general, made a complete mockery of the court.

I guess
their idea is to use the open military court to try and discredit the American
military judicial system, and to show as much disrespect as possible, and to
promote jihad.

Cheryl
Bormann, the lawyer representing Walid bin Attash (who was Bin Laden’s
bodyguard) showed up in court in a black hijab and abaya and wanted the other
female lawyers to do the same and cover themselves so that the suspects
wouldn’t be in fear of committing a sin under their faith.

These
scumbags killed three thousand people on 9/11, so who gives a crap about their
sensibilities or their faith?

They sure as
hell don’t care about our faith or our sensibilities.

This trial
will no doubt stretch out for some time and wind up costing millions of dollars
of taxpayers money.

Perhaps I
will be considered by some to be bloodthirsty, cruel, uncaring and any other
adjective that the bleeding heart crowd wishes to heap on me, but my answer to
that is; I have been married back in my dim and distant past, so I have been
called almost every name you can think of in English, Hebrew, and Yiddish, so
you folks (whoever you are) may feel free to call me whatever you wish.

I can’t see
wasting any more time or money on these snakes and as far as their religion
goes, it is rediculous to call it a religion, it is more like a cult. The simple
solution to the problem, so all of them everywhere get the message loud and
clear, is to march them out to the rifle range and let the Marines use their
filthy behinds as target practice.

It didn’t
bother them to kill three thousand people by crashing airliners into buildings
full of innocent people, so I don’t give a crap about them either.

I used to make a joke that the trouble with
those folks is they had the Kafiyah (Arab headdress) wrapped around their head
too tight and it cut off the blood to their brain thus rendering them idiots,
but now I find out it is more about well researched genetics.

AMERICA’S HUNTERS:  Pretty Amazing!

The world’s largest army… America’s hunters! I had never thought about it
much, but a blogger added up the deer license sales in just a handful of states
and arrived at a striking

conclusion:

There were over 600,000 hunters this season

in the state of Wisconsin. Allow me to restate that number:

Over the last several months, Wisconsin’s hunters

became the eighth largest army in the world,

with more men under arms than in Iran, and more than France and Germany
combined.

These men deployed to the woods of a single American state, Wisconsin, to hunt
with firearms, and no one was killed.

That number pales in comparison to the 750,000 who hunted the woods of
Pennsylvania, and Michigan’s

700,000 hunters, all of whom have now returned home safely. Toss in a quarter
million hunters in West Virginia and it literally establishes the fact that the
hunters of those four states alone would comprise the largest army in the
world. And then add in the total number of hunters in the other

46 states. It’s millions more.

The point being;

America will forever be safe from foreign invasion with that

kind of home-grown firepower.

Hunting… is not just a way to fill the freezer. It’s a matter of national
security.

Overall it’s true, so if we disregard some assumptions that hunters don’t
possess the same skills as soldiers, (most of us however, have had military
training) the question would still remain, what army of 2 million would want to
face 30, 40, 50 million armed citizens, add to that many of us have enough guns
to arm many more if need be.

(IF YOU AGREE, AS I DO, PASS IT ON, I
FEEL GOOD THAT I HAVE AN ARMY OF MILLIONS WHO WOULD PROTECT OUR LAND AND I SURE
DON’T WANT THE GOVERNMENT TAKING CONTROL OF THE POSSESSION OF FIREARMS)

For the
sake of our freedom, don’t ever allow gun control from Obama or confiscation of
our guns.

The above
was sent to me with the request to pass it on.

Now let
us do some quick math

Wisconsin          600,000 ÷ 20,000 =    30      Divisions

Pennsylvania    750,000 ÷ 20,000 =     37.5  Divisions

Michigan           700,000 ÷ 20,000 =     35      Divisions

West Virginia  250,000 ÷ 20,000 =     12.5  Divisions

The traditional Marine Corps Division
from 1940 to at least 1980 was three Regiments of Infantry each having three
battalions of a thousand Marines each and an Artillery regiment plus a
headquarters staff plus other supporting units and totaled about 20,000 men.

Using these figures, that equates to
115 Divisions that could take the field if need be from just the four states
mentioned, and with 46 more states it adds up to the statement that Admiral
Yamamoto made to his Emperor prior to WW11:

“If we attempt to invade the American
homeland, we will be met by a gun from behind every bush and tree.”

Yamamoto had at one time, been
assigned as a Naval Attaché in Washington D.C., and had seen our capabilities
first hand.

I mentioned in a previous column that
Hillary Clinton (a Machashaifeh if ever there was one) that means a “witch” in
Yiddish my friends, is trying to do the gun grab by way of the back door with a
binding international treaty through the U.N., but no one I know will stand
still for this kind of chicanery by allowing a bunch of foreigners who vote
against us 80% of the time to dictate to us what we can and can’t do in our own
country and strip us of our rights as Americans.

All of you snakes in D.C. are going
to have to answer for the crimes you are continuing to commit against the
Constitution, the Country and most of all us, and if you succeed in your
idiotic plan to render us defenseless who do you think the bad guys will
execute first hmmmmmm?

The country is in this perilous situation because of only one thing:
CAREER POLITICIANS

Trust me you will pay a
price for your actions.

How would
you like to wake up some morning in the not too distant future to find that the
US has signed a treaty that requires all US citizens to deliver any firearm
they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face

well-armed civilian population in the world and everyone knows it, even Admiral
Yamamoto advised against trying to invade the American homeland as “there would
be a gun behind every bush”.

The administration will try to strip
us of our weapons through the United Nations with an international treaty so we
supposedly can’t refuse to obey it once it is signed.

There is not, nor ever has been, such
a thing as a benevolent dictator (the operative word being DICTATOR)!

A lot of my people as well as others
were naïve enough to believe otherwise and they wound up going up the chimney
in smoke, in places like Bergen-Belsen, Treblinka, and Auschwitz.

Please do not be naïve enough to give
up your weapons if you own any, and if you don’t yet own a weapon what the hell
are you waiting for?

DHS is already gearing up for civil
war, and putting together internment camps according to leaked documents from
the army, our army.

The price of ammunition is also a lot
higher than it was a year ago, which is just one more way these snakes are
trying to pull the teeth of the American people. (limit the ammo supply)

like an armed citizenry it scares the daylights out of them and with good
reason, as long as there is an armed citizenry, we can’t be dictated to, we can
just thumb our nose at them and tell them to go pound sand.

In the latest display of his US Federal Government
dictatorship over both the American people and the former co-equal branches of
government, Der Fuehrer Obama is warning the Supreme Court to rule in his favor
on the health care bill or face severe consequences.

Der Fuehrer has been quietly sending little
reminders to the Supreme Court threatening that if it doesn’t rule in his favor
on Obama Care, Medicare will face disruption and “chaos.” Therefore, if SCOTUS
rules in favor of the US Constitution, Der Fuehrer and his henchmen will begin
their campaign to either destroy Medicare or make those on it suffer mightily.

Der Fuehrer is threatening to hold off
Medicare payments to doctors and hospitals if SCOTUS does not comply, and
submit to him.

How do you like that for bold, in your face
thuggery?

At this rate, it won’t be long before the
police will all be wearing black uniforms with lightning bolts on the collar,
and the deaths head skull and cross bones for a cap ornament.

Der Fuehrer issued an Executive order on 1 May
2012, making the USA subject to “international regulations” as opposed to
looking to and following the US Constitution. Also, with this new Executive
Order, the US FDA will now be able to be bypassed by International
committees—thus, replacing the FDA with any international group which may be
chosen. In essence, Der Fuehrer is eliminating US Sovereignty and selling the
USA to the international “community.”

Der Fuehrer issued another Executive Order on
2 may, which instructs the USA to bow to international regulations instead of
the US Constitution, and Business week reports: “Der Fuehrer’s order provides a
framework to organize scattered efforts to promote international regulatory cooperation,
This brings the USA closer to becoming a North American Union
and—also—eliminating its sovereignty—in toto”.

The chamber’s top global regulatory official
said today.

Not one word have we heard from the House or
the Senate, who, in case you have forgotten, are sworn by oath to preserve,
protect, and defend the constitution against all enemies foreign or domestic,
which can only mean they are in on it, or they don’t give damn as long as they
are getting their share, devil take the hindmost, and meanwhile the country
goes down the sewer.

The US Congress has already sold their soul to
the devil, will the SCOTUS give up their co-equal status and give in to the
Fuehrer as well, making his dictatorship all but complete?

I say all but complete, because what the
Fuehrer and his minions are forgetting, is several million armed Americans, a
helluva lot of whom, have had military training, and who will not allow this
stinking narcissistic thug to destroy our country.

I would say it is getting close to decision

We have something called the 2^nd Amendment (The right to keep and bear arms), and the wording in this amendment says further “SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED”.

The Political Elites do not like this particular amendment; it actually scares the hell out of them, and with good reason.

The Department of Homeland security has just recently executed an order for enough rounds of .40 caliber ammunition to kill every man, woman and child in the United States.

The question is; why does The DHS need 450 Million Rounds of .40 caliber ammunition?

That is heavy duty COP type ammo and enough of a supply to sustain an extended combat operation.

Could it be that Barry Dipstick has figured out that big time resistance is close at hand?

The only thing wrong with impeachment, is that he is not a legally sitting president (which is becoming quite clear), and therefore can’t be impeached.

Even if he could be, that would leave everything he has signed intact.

If there could be found just one honest Federal Judge, who would sign a “Writ of Quo Warranto”, that would nullify everything, he could be arrested, and we could all watch while he was cuffed and his skinny butt was perp-walked right out the front door, and if you want to get nit-picky about it, That way even taking the oath when he knew he was not eligible was a treasonous offense, as well as each time he affixed his signature to any bills or executive orders, would qualify as a separate individual offense.

Let us not forget the other 544 treasonous snakes that have aided and abetted in this insanity all the while feathering their own nest to the detriment of the country and the citizenry.

By knowing and doing nothing, they have not only abrogated their oath of office they are guilty of Misprision of Felony Treason as well.

Decision time is close at hand, what will you do, sit on your thumbs like the aforementioned 544 snakes, or will you move to take back our republic?

Remember when you vote, all incumbents on both sides of the aisle have had a hand in perpetuating this fraud, none of them have clean hands.

It seems that even if they have only moderate means when they arrive in D.C., they all are quite well to do when and if they ever leave, so just follow the money, and you will very quickly see where their sympathies lie, and it ain’t with you!
