The Majority of the Senate Skipped a Classified PRISM Briefing
That is how interested these schmucks and machashaifehs are in getting the details on the domestic spying on our own citizens.
There was a classified meeting for Senators wanting to learn more about the National Security Agency’s PRISM program, however they left early to scramble for the airport so they could go home on another one of their short vacations.
They pay themselves $180K per year plus perks, and only work 93 days a year, now you may ask boys and girls, what is wrong with this picture?
I will be only too happy to give you my two cents worth as to what is wrong with it.
They do not read any of the bills they pass as it is, so why bother eating up their precious vacation time to attend a briefing about something so important that the whole bleeping country is screaming long and loud over.
The snakes in Cesspool D.C. look at We the People as just so many ignorant sheep to be sheared at their will.
They care nothing about us, or obviously the country either, as long as their cash flow stays uninterrupted, and they can continue to feather their own nest why should they worry about us.
Marie Antoinette once said “What no bread, then let them eat cake”, she paid for that smart assed remark with her head, and the attitude in Cesspool D.C. seems to be pretty much the same among the political elites.
They should be thanking their lucky stars we are a civilized country and do not have a contraption like the guillotine, which by the way, was invented by a Doctor as a more humane method of execution.
A little known fact is that Nazi Germany used a guillotine as a principal method of execution and they in fact chopped off more heads that the French Revolution.
I wonder every day how long will we remain a civilized country if these incompetent snakes don’t straighten up and do their job and do it right, and live up to the oath they swore instead of continually trying to take away our rights and drain us dry financially with these cockamamie laws they keep passing without reading what is in them, including trying to push through a small arms treaty with the U.N. which will give them supposed access to our gun registration data and eventual gun confiscation (and if anybody doesn’t believe that is coming you have your head buried in your anal sphincter deeeeep!
One of the greatest dangers we face as a nation is CAREER POLITICIANS, to name just a few, Senator Lautenberg (RIP) who just died in office he was there 57 years, Chuck you Schumer has been in office well over 30 years, Henry Waxman who has also been in office for over 30 years, Dianne Feinstein who has been in D.C. for over 20 years, and there are a whole lot more.
These idiots can’t even balance their own checkbook obviously, so why not stay in D.C. where it doesn’t matter.
If you or I write a check with no money in the bank it is a felony called UNLAWFUL ISSUANCE OF A BANK CHECK, HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE A POLITICIAN, IT IS CALLED DEFICIT SPENDING AND IT SEEMS TO BE ALLOWED BECAUSE NONE OF THEM HAVE GONE TO JAIL, OH I FORGOT THEYARE OF THE PRIVILEGED CLASS SO IT IS ALRIGHT (in a pigs butt)!

Does anyone remember Barack Obama’s great promise of the campaign of 2012?
His promise was to Vladimir Putin of Russia. What is Obama doing to keep his promise to Putin boys and girls, wait till you get a load of how he is intends to keep his promise.
Barack Obama is going to spend almost $700 million dollars of taxpayer money (when we haven’t got enough real money to pay our own bills) to buy Russian helicopters for the Afghan Air Force.
When Congress passed the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act, it had an interesting provision. Congress included, as a part of that law a prohibition on the United States buying helicopters from Rosoboronexport, the Russian manufacturer of the Mi-17 helicopter, but as is always the case the law stated that Obama could buy from Rosoboronexport if the Secretary of Defense certified it was in the interest of National Security. And of course, the Secretary of Defense, Chuck Hagel, a man committed to destroying the US military immediately signed off on that certification
Why are we giving Karzai and the Afghan military any money at all, let alone having our young men and women over there in harm’s way to begin with.
The United States Air Force is grounding 17 squadrons because of $591 million dollars in budget cuts. Our Air Force is not able to do its mission because it lacks the money to fly but we have the money to give Afghanistan $700 million dollars in Russian helicopters.
Afghanistan is the world’s largest grower and supplier of opium poppies, and let me tell you who owns and controls the Afghan poppy industry, HAMID KARZAI and his Family they own it lock, stock, and barrel.
This lousy schmuck floods the world with heroin and we are financially supporting him so all of his dope money is clear profit.
They are knee deep in drug money, so let them pay for their own defense apparatus, and get our kids the hell out of there NOW!
Now boys and girls let us put another log on this little bon-fire.
According to Lisa Barron who writes for the Washington Post I believe,
A confidential internal planning document obtained by The Washington Post, said hundreds of Secret Service agents will be dispatched to secure facilities in Senegal, South Africa, and Tanzania, both of which countries the first family will visit from June 26 to July 3.
The document also stated that A Navy aircraft carrier or amphibious ship, with a fully staffed medical trauma center, will be stationed offshore in case of an emergency.

In addition, military cargo planes will airlift in 56 support vehicles, including 14 limousines and three trucks carrying bulletproof glass to cover the windows of the hotels where the Obamas will stay. And fighter jets will fly in shifts to provide around the clock coverage over the president’s airspace, and all of this while we are grounding 17 squadrons due to lack of funds.
Oh I forgot, this little jaunt is going to cost the taxpayers
a little north of $100 million dollars

The president and first lady Michelle Obama also had planned to take a Tanzanian safari which would have required special counterassault teams to carry sniper rifles in the event of a threat from wild animals, the Post reported, citing the document, but the rumor now is in favor of a trip to Robben Island off the coast of Cape Town, South Africa, where Nelson Mandela was held as a political prisoner, officials told the newspaper.
To be very blunt, this SON OF A BITCH is living large on OUR money even though we are eyeball deep in debt because he continues to act like a sharecropper who just won the lottery and hasn’t got the sense G-d gave a piss-ant about how to manage money.
He needs to be removed from office and relocated to a cell at Fort Leavenworth (for life), and it needs to happen yesterday!

This morning, I heard a sound bite of John Boehner (you know liquid lunch speaker of the house) when asked by George Stephanopoulos if he thought the immigration bill would pass, Boehner replied yes, no doubt about it we will have a bill before the end of the year.
It was only a couple of weeks ago he was talking out if the other side of his mouth.
I wonder who changed his mind for him.
We come now to two faced Marco Rubio, who was spouting off not to many days ago that we had to have absolute border security before giving any thought to the idea of giving the supposed 11 million (read that more like twenty million) illegal aliens legal status.
The minute those people get legal status they will begin trying to sponsor their whole family into the country and we might as well learn to speak Spanish and change the name of the country because it sure as hell won’t be the United State of America any more.
I have nothing against LEGAL immigration, but learn the language and get in line and wait your turn, but what I see almost every time I turn around is a lot of illegals demonstrating and carrying a Mexican flag while they are demanding their supposed rights.

There is a Yiddish word; GANEF, which means a thief, a robber, or a swindler, and a Ganef is a Ganef (read that politician) no matter if it is the year 70 CE (Common Era) or 2013 CE (Common Era) and since most politicians are lawyers by education they already had a head start when they entered politics.
I would suggest to you denizens of Cesspool D.C. that if you are going to continue playing one upmanship or gotcha and trying to outwit each other, you should perhaps learn how to play chess (a game of strategy employed by King Darius of ancient Persia to teach his young officers tactics), you might learn a little something though I sincerely doubt it, since given the shape of the economy and the country, you people seem to be too boneheaded and incapable of learning anything.

In an interview with GMA this morning, Boehner called NSA Whistleblower Edward Snowden a traitor, saying that the leaking of these programs hurts national security. Of course, he fails to describe how that is so. What he is advocating is treating us all as criminals without any proof of guilt.
If you can tear yourself away from your liquid lunches long enough to draw a sober breath you might want to ponder what you have been doing ever since you and the rest of the pond scum in D.C. let that thing that calls itself the president get away with the biggest scam ever perpetrated on the American people (You all know he is a phony usurper, and ineligible to sit in that office, and all of you have abrogated your office by letting him get away with it).
When you have knowledge of a felony and do not do anything about it, that I believe is called a misprision of a felony as well as being an accessory before and after the fact, correct me if I am wrong.
You have a lot of nerve calling Snowden a traitor when you yourself along with all the rest of D.C. are traitors as well.
Every one of you should go to Leavenworth for life for what you have allowed that Schmuck (Oh, excuse me that is the best part of a man and he isn’t one, and neither are you) to do to this country.

Senator Rand Paul you make $180K per year plus perks and I am sure your net worth is a hell of a lot more than mine, as I live on military retirement/disability and social security, I have already donated 30 years, so I am not able to send you a donation as I have very little left after paying my few bills (I live quite close to the vest), so you might try using some of your own money to fight the good fight, the best I can do is pound out my columns on this key board and try to keep people aware of all the crap that is coming out of Washington, and believe me there is enough of that to go around.
Is there perhaps at least one honest man in the House or Senate who has cojones enough to stand up and call that usurping piece of dreck out publicly, and at last make him answer up and either put his bona fides on the table or get the hell out of the White House? The country can’t take much more of this crap (the pot is close to boiling over).

As of September 30th, 2011, there are roughly 2,889,000 WWII veterans alive in the USA according to the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
How many WWII vets die each day? The number of World War II veterans who die each day is estimated at approximately 1,200, according to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
There were some 16 million men and women in uniform during World War Two and there are many individual stories that can, and have been told but this particular story is well worth repeating and so, as I sit here at my computer typing this story, it is 20:00, 6 June 2013, the 69th anniversary of D:Day. I am having a glass of LouisX111 Cognac in honor of those 16 million brave souls who answered the call, most of whom have already marched off into eternity, but I like to think I will join formation with them somewhere down that road.
“The Final Toast”
It’s the cup of brandy no one wants to drink.

On Tuesday, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, the surviving Doolittle Raiders gathered publicly for the last time.

They once were among the most universally admired and revered men in the United States. There were 80 of the Raiders in April 1942, when they carried out one of the most courageous and heart-stirring military operations in this nation’s history. The mere mention of their unit’s name, in those years, would bring tears to the eyes of grateful Americans.

Now only four survive.

After Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor, with the United States reeling and wounded something dramatic was needed to turn the war effort around. Even though there were no friendly airfields close enough to Japan for the United States to launch retaliation, a daring plan was devised. Sixteen B-25s were modified so that they could take off from the deck of an aircraft carrier. This had never been tried before – sending big, heavy bombers from a carrier.

The 16 five-man crews, under the command of Lt. Col. James Doolittle, who himself flew the lead plane off the USS Hornet, knew that they would not be able to return to the carrier. They would have to hit Japan and then hope to make it to China for a safe landing.

But on the day of the raid, the Japanese navy caught sight of the carrier. The Raiders were told that they would have to take off from much farther out in the Pacific than they had counted on. They were told that because of this they would not have enough fuel to make it to safety.

And those men went anyway.

They bombed Tokyo, and then flew as far as they could. Four planes crash-landed; 11 more crews bailed out, and three of the Raiders died. Eight more were captured; three were executed. Another died of starvation in a Japanese prison camp. One crew made it to Russia.

The Doolittle Raid sent a message from the United States to its enemies, and to the rest of the world:
We will fight. And, no matter what it takes, we will win.

Of the 80 Raiders, 62 survived the war. They were celebrated as national heroes, models of bravery. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer produced a motion picture based on the raid; “Thirty Seconds over Tokyo,” starring Spencer Tracy and Van Johnson, was a patriotic and emotional box-office hit, and the phrase became part of the national lexicon. In the movie-theater previews for the film, MGM proclaimed that it was presenting the story “with supreme pride.”

Beginning in 1946, the surviving Raiders have held a reunion each April, to commemorate the mission. The reunion is in a different city each year. In 1959, the city of Tucson, Arizona, as a gesture of respect and gratitude, presented the Doolittle Raiders with a set of 80 silver goblets. Each goblet was engraved with the name of a Raider.
Every year, a wooden display case bearing all 80 goblets is transported to the reunion city. Each time a Raider passes away; his goblet is turned upside down in the case at the next reunion, as his old friends bear solemn witness.

Also in the wooden case is a bottle of 1896 Hennessy Very Special cognac. The year is not happenstance: 1896 was when Jimmy Doolittle was born.
There has always been a plan: When there are only two surviving Raiders, they would open the bottle, at last drink from it, and toast their comrades who preceded them in death.

As 2013 began, there were five living Raiders; then, in February, Tom Griffin passed away at age 96.
What a man he was. After bailing out of his plane over a mountainous Chinese forest after the Tokyo raid, he became ill with malaria, and almost died. When he recovered, he was sent to Europe to fly more combat missions. He was shot down, captured, and spent 22 months in a German prisoner of war camp.

The selflessness of these men … there was a passage in the Cincinnati Enquirer obituary for Mr. Griffin that, on the surface, had nothing to do with the war, but that captures the depth of his sense of duty and devotion:
“When his wife became ill and needed to go into a nursing home, he visited her every day. He walked from his house to the nursing home, fed his wife and at the end of the day brought home her clothes. At night, he washed and ironed her clothes. Then he walked them up to her room the next morning. He did that for three years until her death in 2005.”

So now, out of the original 80, only four Raiders remain: Dick Cole (Doolittle’s co-pilot on the Tokyo raid), Robert Hite, Edward Saylor and David Thatcher. All are in their 90s. They have decided that there are too few of them for the public reunions to continue.

The events in Fort Walton Beach this week will mark the end. It has come full circle; Florida’s nearby Eglin Field was where the Raiders trained in secrecy for the Tokyo mission.
The town is planning to do all it can to honor the men: a six-day celebration of their valor, including luncheons, a dinner and a parade.

Do the men ever wonder if those of us for whom they helped save the country have tended to it in a way that is worthy of their sacrifice? They don’t talk about that, at least not around other people. But if you find yourself near Fort Walton Beach this week, and if you should encounter any of the Raiders, you might want to offer them a word of thanks. I can tell you from firsthand observation that they appreciate hearing that they are remembered.

The men have decided that after this final public reunion they will wait until a later date – sometime this year – to get together once more, informally and in absolute privacy. That is when they will open the bottle of brandy. The years are flowing by too swiftly now; they are not going to wait until there are only two of them.

They will fill the four remaining upturned goblets.
And raise them in a toast to those who are gone.

This month marks the one year anniversary of the State of Indiana having made changes to a 2006 “Castle Doctrine” law.
The updated law asserts the second and fourth amendments to the U.S. Constitution. The law now permits citizens to shoot cops who enter their home illegally.
That’s right, when an officer of the law is breaking the law by forcibly entering a citizen’s home without a warrant or probable cause in Indiana, a citizen has the same right to do what he would do to any other criminal, and that is shoot him.
While no one should ever look forward to the day that they have to use a firearm on another human being, this law brings to light an important issue in our society today, abuse of power by law enforcement officers, and there is plenty to go around, because as it happens a cop can beat you to within an inch of your life and get away with it but you fight back to protect yourself, and it is called battery on a police officer.

While standing on a public sidewalk (in civilian clothes) in downtown Tacoma, Wa., a few years ago, watching the interaction of three police officers as opposed to one elderly homeless (and harmless) man, one of those officers asked me why I was hanging around watching and told me to move on to which I replied no, and he started to bristle just a bit, and informed me that I was talking to a Police Officer and I had better show some respect, to which I replied respect has to be earned, it is not a given, and as far as I was concerned, I was not looking at a police officer, but an arrogant, oversized ego with a badge pinned on it, at which point he was going to attempt to arrest me, until I put MY BADGE in his face and then walked away. He is probably still grumbling to himself.
There are some good cops out there, but unfortunately there are a lot of overly arrogant ones out there too, with a short fuse who are all too quick to use excessive force and those are the ones who need to look for a different line of work, otherwise, someone could get seriously injured, or worse, and it does happen, unfortunately too often.
Which brings up the burning question,
“Who is protecting us from THEM”???

Among many circles, the Police State is a growing and ever threatening concern. If any of these things happened to you or your family, what would you do? At least in Indiana, when someone breaks into your home for no reason, you are free to defend yourself and your property unilaterally, against anyone who is in violation of your property – including if that person is an officer of ‘The Law’ who has no probable cause or warrant.

WASHINGTON (AP) — A lawmaker who helped negotiate a bipartisan bill to overhaul immigration predicted on Sunday that comprehensive (there is that buzz word again) legislation would overwhelmingly pass the Senate by July 4.
I am still waiting for these mental midgets to define for me “COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM”.
Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said he anticipates as many as 70 of the 100 senators will vote for the measure heading to the full Senate on June 10. Even if it passes there, the proposal faces tough prospects in the Republican-led House, where lawmakers are at work on their own piecemeal approach that could stall a pathway to citizenship for the estimated 11 million immigrants living in this country illegally, (read that more like 20-30 million).
“We are moving forward because we believe in a bipartisan way this is so vital for America, and we’ll have a good bill,” Schumer said, pledging to allow colleagues to amend the legislation,(I SUPPOSE YOU WILL THROW IN THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE as an added incentive huh Chucky?)
A good Bill Senator?
Please spell out for the American People how this bill is vital (as you put it) or any good, when in fact what you are doing along with the other 535 snakes in D.C., is abrogating your oath of office and rewarding these people for breaking our laws by entering the country illegally.
Schumer went to law school, passed the bar and then went straight to Washington D.C., where he has remained for over thirty years, sucking on the public teat, and has accomplished next to nothing except to feather his own nest, (word of caution; never get between Schumer and a TV camera or you will get run over, as Schumer enjoys the reputation of being the most conceited man in Washington D.C.) if there is a TV camera within a mile of him he will find it faster than a bolt of lightning.
I would say this is a pretty good argument for getting rid of Career politicians (he is not the only one by a long ways), as they are the most dangerous enemy the United States faces on any front, and they are milking us dry almost as fast as the Illegal aliens we are talking about.
As one comedian puts it, “You Can’t Fix Stupid”, and Washington is a perfect example.
Washington is a perfect example of what makes STUPID and INCOMPETENT interchangeable.
The difference between Washington D.C. and the Cub Scouts is that the Cub Scouts have ADULT SUPERVISION.
Washington and the two party system is a giant game of Gotcha and One-Upsmanship, (THESE MORONS SHOULD LEARN TO PLAY CHESS) interwoven into a giant shell game as evidenced perfectly by the following statement made by Chuck You Schumer.
“Congressman Boehner is in a box. There are about 60 or 70 of his people who are against any immigration reform. But at the same time, he knows that the Republican Party will be consigned to a minority party for a generation if they’re anti-immigration,” Schumer said.
How about you idiots do what is best for the Country and all of the CITIZENS in it, not just what is best for your party or faction?
Did it ever occur to you clowns, that if the bad guys ever manage to take over this country, you will be the first ones that get rounded up and locked up, or done away with as you represent a danger to them a lot more so than we common folk, and since most of you have never worn a uniform or heard a shot fired in anger (with the exception of Billy Clinton in his band uniform), you wouldn’t know how to fight back, most of your kids probably haven’t served either (correct me if I am wrong).

How much money does the United States currently contribute to the United Nations and its various agencies? Surprisingly, no one knows for sure.
The State Department does report on its spending at the United Nations, but it is only one of several federal agencies that give money to the world body each year.
In its fiscal 2014 State and Foreign Operations budget proposal released in April, the Obama administration asked for $1.57 billion for contributions to international organizations, including $617.6 million for the U.N. operating budget — up from $568.8 million in fiscal 2012.
But other agencies giving to the U.N. include the Departments of Labor, Energy, Agriculture, Defense, and Health and Human Services, CNS News reported.
Fiscal 2007 legislation stipulated that the Office of Budget and Management (OMB) report all federal agencies’ contributions, but the requirement expired in 2011.

Here we are in debt up to our eyeballs, but the out of control snakes in Washington keep spending as if there were no end to the money supply, when we (the great unwashed and supposedly uneducated) American people can see the handwriting on the wall and still won’t vote these vipers out of office before they ruin the country.
Both sides of the aisle seem to think we are all a bunch of hayseeds and rubes, and to some extent we are, because not enough of us will vote against these snakes.
How long will you allow these slithering vipers to sit on their fat butts and laugh at us for being stupid enough to let them to continue to bleed us dry while feathering their own nest at our expense?
We can’t pay our own bills, yet we continue to support millions of illegal aliens instead of kicking their butts out of the country.
We don’t have to hunt them down, just stop renting to them, stop giving them food stamps, stop giving them E.R. medical care, stop hiring them, and jail any business that employs them and confiscate the owner’s assets.
Once they are stripped of lodging, food, medical care, and employment, they will find their own way back to the border, I almost forgot arrest and incarcerate any SOB of a Congress critter or Senator who votes to give them any kind of a path to citizen ship, we shouldn’t be rewarding these vermin for breaking our laws by illegally crossing the border into our country, or the lawmakers who abrogate their oath of office by being a party to it.
Lastly but by no means least, get us out of the U.N. and get the U.N. out of our country.
