Where Do These Candidates Come From

I must say right up front, I do not agree with Congressman Aikin’s statements which have caused such a Brouhaha in the press the last couple of days.
My own personal belief is, he should withdraw from the race for the Missouri Senate Seat, and by refusing to leave the race, he is virtually assuring Senator Claire McCaskill’s re-election.
We need all the seats we can garner if we are to take over the Senate, in addition to keeping the House, and this man is obviously letting his ego stand in the way of what is best to accomplish that goal.
I listened to him being interviewed by Sean Hannity on the radio today and his excuses were not even the least bit credible, he sounded more like someone grabbing at straws and trying without much success to think fast on his feet for something credible to say, but it came across as trying to blow smoke up everyone’s kilt.
Obama, who hasn’t given a press conference in two months, finally showed up in the press room to take questions and mostly to pounce on the chance to take Aikin to task and didn’t want to miss a golden opportunity to make political hay out of this gaffe, with the White House press corps who are his faithful lap-dog lame stream media types who only seem to ask him SOFTBALL questions.
Moving past this, the Democrats are, on the other hand while pillorying Aikin, planning to have a Liar, a perjurer, a draft dodger, and a womanizing rapist (of course he was disbarred but never convicted, and impeached but not removed) that depends on what the meaning of the word IS is) as the keynote speaker at their convention, three guesses who fills that bill, nice choice, no wonder the symbol of your party is a JACKASS.
Personally, I still think that slimy SOB belongs in a jail cell not drawing a presidential retirement out of OUR pocket.
Before I forget there is a little more chicanery which is being brought to us courtesy of Chuck Schumer (who introduced the bill) along with rest of the snakes in the house and senate in CESSPOOL D.C., this bill will go into effect anywhere from 0-60 days from the date of President Obama signing it. The Senate approved the bill, 79-20, in June 2011. The House approved it, 261-116, last month.
“In the middle of election season, Democrats and Republicans in Congress have come together to give President Barack Obama more power to appoint officials to jobs in his administration without seeking approval from the Senate.”
Senator Lieberman, the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs, which marked up and reported out the measure, said: “This bipartisan legislation represents the Senate at its best. A problem was identified, and Democrats and Republicans worked together to craft a solution. Now, future Administrations will be able to get their teams in place more quickly, and the Senate will be able focus its time and energy on the most important Executive Branch appointments. In no way does this bill erode the Senate’s role of “advice and consent.” Rather, it strengthens the Senate’s power by freeing us up to concentrate on nominees who will actually shape national policy.”
THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE AFRAID OF JOE!
This is very concerning, this gives Obama the legal right to hire who he wants without approval from the senate for the following positions.

More freedom for Obama, less accountability, and the ability to control.
Note: Homeland Security, DOD, and FEMA are on this list.
Here is a rather frightening thought
I wonder if the same people who did President Obama’s background check will be doing these as well?
This is almost the same thing as the Nazis passing the Enabling Act, which handed Hitler his dictatorial powers on a platter!
WAKE UP AMERICA!!!
