Join Me on the Front Lines
By Aaron Cantor USAF (ret)
I received an e-mail from Rand Paul
today with the above title, of course I was asked to “chip in” whatever I could
afford so I immediately responded explaining to the Senator that I live on a military
retirement check (disability) plus a social security check, but lo and behold,
my response came back as undeliverable.
A word of advice Senator, before you
start talking about us joining YOU on the FRONT LINES, put on a uniform and
find out what the front lines are really like!
Your e-mail seems to be a one way
street, send money and you might get a response (no money no response). You make
at least 174K per year bud, you chip in, and while we are at it when you start
living up to the oath which you and all the rest of the snakes in D.C. seem not
to mind abrogating on a daily basis, maybe, just maybe, you might get a
positive response from “We the People”, until then buzz off.
That is one thing I have noticed about
all politicians over the years, no matter what party they belong to, they all
have their greedy hand outstretched for YOUR money, and if you don’t
give it willingly, they will figure out a way to legislate it out of you by
hook or by crook.
When you retire from the Senate, you
get your 174K per year for life, you don’t even want to know what we get in the
way of a retirement, you couldn’t begin to live on 1/3 of your 174K retirement
the only thing that makes it livable is the fact that disability is not taxed,
but I am sure that given time, you bozos will figure out a way to take that
from us too, just like you are trying to take away our military medical coverage.
I can remember years ago, when I first
joined, the pitch was make a career, and get free medical care for life (what a
crock that has turned out to be).
Just a couple of years ago O-idiot was
floating the idea of having G.I.s carry private insurance out of their own
pocket to pay for combat injuries, and was surprised when the response was so
loud and so negative and he couldn’t understand why, and to add insult to
injury, a retired Army four star general by the name of Shinseki (from Hawaii)
serving as the Secretary of veterans affairs didn’t seem to have any objections
to the idea either, he tried to blow it off by saying “oh it was just one of
several ideas but nothing has been decided yet”.
With that kind of callous disregard
I’ll bet you were really popular with your men too.
In the words of the immortal Bugs
Bunny;
“OH BRUDDER WHAT A MAROON”!
The Iron Lady (Margaret Thatcher of
England), put it very well indeed when she said; “The problem with socialism is
sooner or later you run out of OTHER PEOPLES MONEY”!
The political elites need to be taught
a lesson, especially since they think “We the People” are a lot of mindless
sheep that can be herded in any which direction they wish us to go, and it is
high time they have their collective butts handed to them on a platter, that
being said, when you walk into the voting booth in November, DO NOT VOTE FOR ANY
INCUMBENT!!!
Send them ALL packing, we need a fresh
deck.
WAKE UP AMERICA!!!

You are right. Let them spend their own dime to stump. It is basically a big fluffy beauty contest every 4 years and the beauties were picked from behind closed doors way in advance. They take our monies so that we feel good about contributing about basic hogwash. I am sickenened with what I am witnessing.
Thanks A.
