Could Obama’s Goal be more clear?
By Aaron Cantor USAF (ret)
Obama Passes Dream Act by EXECUTIVE ORDER….
Krauthammer says: “This is a Constitutional breech!”
Late last Friday, with no fanfare, no press coverage, and with every effort made to hide his actions from the American people, President Obama enacted the DREAM Act by executive order.
Opposed by a majority of the American people and twice defeated in Congress, the DREAM Act grants amnesty to any illegal alien residing in the United States if s/he agrees to enlist in the U.S. military or enter college.
First we have amnesty passed by executive order then we have President Obama’s
DOJ blocking voter ID in Arizona. What could possibly be the president’s motive?
The Obama administration IS explicitly running an end-run around the will of the American people and their representative government. First Libya and now this. What’s
next Mr. President?
I don’t think there can be any doubt in any sane person’s mind that this bum intends to take the country down the road to total ruination, which brings forth the question:
WHAT IN THE HELL IS CONGRESS DOING ABOUT IT?
THE ANSWER IS:
NOTHING!!!
Congress and the Senate “en masse” need to be thrown out into the street, and let the People take care of them in a manner befitting their despicable, cowardly behavior in this matter.
You people took an oath to uphold protect and defend the CONSTITUTION against all enemies foreign and domestic.
OBAMA IS THE ENEMY!!!
There is no excuse for your abrogation of YOUR oath.
Let us add a little more fuel to this fire, there is the matter of recess appointments, and the phoniest part is the house was not in recess, which is not only illegal but a blatant and total disregard of the laws which this arrogant jackass is sworn to uphold.
Appointing three people to the National Labor Relations board, (NLRB) who are union stooges couldn’t be any more clear, He is giving the Unions almost crushing dictatorial power.
He has appointed Richard Cordray as the chief of the new Bureaucracy to be known as the Consumer Financial protection Bureau.
Mr. Wayne Abernathy, an executive vice president at the American Bankers Association, said: “the industry would suffer from a cloud of uncertainty over the agency’s authority.” “We won’t be sure of what the rules are.”
“We know what Cordray wants the rules to be, but we don’t know what they really are.”
In addition to a constitutional challenge, to Mr. Cordray’s appointment, a second challenge could be made over language in the 2010 Dodd-Frank financial law that says the CFPB doesn’t get its full powers until the Senate confirms a director. That could give nonbank firms in particular, an argument that the agency can’t regulate them since Mr. Cordray was never confirmed.
IN A NUTSHELL
No president has resorted to recess appointments when Congress is in session.
Expect serious legal challenges to new financial regulations!!!
STUFF THAT UP YOUR KILT
MR. HARVARD LAWYER
WAKE UP AMERICA!!!
