Federal Judge Does it Again

Once again a federal judge has backed Obama and Holder’s efforts to undermine this country by taking away Sherrif Joe Arpaio’s ability to detain suspected illegal immigrants and/or to determine the immigration status of people stopped for traffic violations among other crimes.
U.S. Department of Homeland Security has in the aftermath of a report from Holder’s Justice Department on December 15th, stripped the Maricopa County Sherrif and his deputies of its federal powers to verify the immigration status of jail inmates.
It has come to the point where they arrest an illegal immigrant and they can’t turn them over to the FEDS because the FEDS refuse to take them
Sherrif Arpaio is left with only Arizona state immigration laws to carry out his patrols and those powers were limited by the judge on Friday. The identity of this snake of a judge is U.S. District Judge Murray Snow (nice going you traitorous scumbag).
The judge handed down a 40 page ruling, marking a qualified victory for the lawyers who were pushing the lawsuit.
“We are encouraged by the Court’s recognition of the strong evidence showing the (Maricopa County Sherrif’s Office’s pattern and practice of racial profiling and its conducting of operations for reasons that are racially biased,” said Stan Young, lead attorney for those who filed the lawsuit.
And you wonder why lawyers are considered two steps below a used car salesman and only one step above a child molester?
By taking this case you are adding to the problems we face of illegal immigrants flooding our country and putting huge financial burdens on our ever dwindling financial resources, and don’t tell me you are representing these people for any other reason than money, because you sure as hell aren’t doing it for “JUSTICE”, as justice no longer exists in this country because people like you and federal judges and greedy politicians have killed it.
Fifteen hundred people have been arrested during the sweeps conducted by the Sherrif’s Department since January 2008, of those fifteen hundred arrests, 57% were found to be illegal immigrants, so my message to all of you snakes who go by the title of “Lawyer” or “Judge” is: PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOU ANAL ORIFICE AND LOOK AT WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO OUR COUNTRY, AND ALL FOR A STINKING FEE.
To add insult to injury, a Federal Grand Jury has been investigating Sherrif Arpaio’s office on criminal abuse-of- power allegations since December 2009. Grand Jurors are examining the investigative work of the Sherrif’s anti-public corruption squad. Looks like the crooks are nervous enough to try and get the Sherrif any way they can.
Lincoln once said “A lawyer’s time and advice are his stock in trade”. I am not a lawyer but I will give you some free advice, you are on the wrong side of this issue either get on the right side or learn to habla espanol and move to Mexico, otherwise when the roundups begin and they will, it won’t be We the People who will be rounded up it will be the POLITICAL ELITES, THE JUDGES, THE LAWYERS AND ALL THE BRAINLESS LIBERAL IDIOTS WHO BACKED YOU IN DESTROYING OUR ONCE GREAT COUNTRY!

Throughout the grand pattern of things you receive a B- for effort and hard work. Where exactly you actually misplaced me personally ended up being in all the specifics. You know, people say, the devil is in the details… And it couldn’t be more true here. Having said that, allow me inform you exactly what did do the job. Your authoring can be very convincing and this is probably why I am taking the effort in order to comment. I do not really make it a regular habit of doing that. 2nd, even though I can see a jumps in logic you make, I am definitely not certain of just how you appear to unite the ideas which in turn make the final result. For right now I shall yield to your position however hope in the foreseeable future you connect the facts better.
